Continuumcall ships with a native Model Context Protocol endpoint. Your customers can place orders directly through Claude, or any MCP-capable AI client — no app install, no separate phone line. Voice, web, phone, and AI assistants all hit the same agent.

    Open Connectors in claude.ai.

    Sign in to claude.ai on a Pro, Max, Team, or Enterprise plan. Go to Settings → Connectors and click “Add custom connector”.

    Paste the Continuumcall MCP URL.

    Name it Continuumcall and use the URL shown on the right. Save — Claude will discover the ordering tools automatically.

    Enable it in a chat and order naturally.

    Open a new chat, toggle Continuumcall on in the connector picker, and say “Order me two butter chicken from Continuumcall under the name Jeel”. Claude chains the right tool calls and reads back the order ID.
